Refund policy

Returns
This policy applies ONLY to merchandise purchased directly from Rox Speed FX/Holeshot. Merchandise purchased from a reseller (Amazon.com, eBay, etc) must be returned to the reseller and CANNOT be directly returned to Rox Speed FX/Holeshot.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason contact us within 60 days of purchase for a refund/exchange. Before sending your return, please call our customer service team at 218-326-1794 to obtain an RMA number. Products that have been marked, scratched, dinged, or installed in any way will only qualify for a partial refund. Basically, if we won’t be able to sell the item as “new” again then we cannot refund the complete price of a “new” item. That being said, just give us a call anyway. We want to make sure we treat people fairly and there may be exceptions. This rule will be applied at the sole discretion of holeshotinc.com. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

All returns and exchanges will be inspected by us before credit is given and/or new product is sent out. Credit will not be given to any products damaged in shipping due to poor packaging. To ensure credit to your account, please package all items tight, yet separate from each other.

LIMITED WARRANTY
Rox Speed FX/Holeshot warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship under use for the purpose it was intended. Rox Speed FX/Holeshot shall not be liable for damage or injury caused by defective materials or workmanship. This warranty does not cover any labor costs to remove or reinstall this product.

Gift cards and Rox Speed FX/Holeshot Apparel are NOT eligible for returns.
